夏季耐高温小白菜品种筛选试验

Varieties Screening Experiment of Heat-resistant Chinese Cabbage in Summer

在高温多雨的夏季,小白菜生长受阻,病虫害多发,易产生苦味或纤维感,导致食用口感不佳。为筛选适宜宁波市夏季种植的耐高温小白菜优良品种,于2021年夏季开展了10个小白菜新品种的比较筛选试验,对比不同品种小白菜在田间的植株性状、品质、产量等指标。结果表明,‘浙研绿箭’‘和风2号’两个小白菜品种综合性状优良,耐高温、耐涝等抗逆性较强,食用品质佳,产量较高,适宜推荐当地夏季栽培示范。

Due to the high temperature and rainy in summer,the growth of Chinese cabbage is blocked or prone to pests and diseases,which is easy to cause bitter or fibrous sensory taste.In order to screen out the excellent variety of high-temperature resistance in Ningbo,the comparison test of new Chinese cabbage varieties was carried out in the summer of 2021,and the plant characters,quality,yield and other indicators of different Chinese cabbage varieties were compared.The results showed that‘Zheyanlvjian’and‘Hengfeng 2’cabbage with excellent comprehensive traits,high resistance to high temperature and waterlogging,good consumption quality,and high yield,were suitable to recommend local summer cultivation demonstrations.
