添加聚丙烯纤维的再生混凝土劈裂抗拉性能研究

摘要 开展了聚丙烯纤维对再生混凝土试样劈裂抗拉强度试验,研究了不同纤维长度、纤维直径以及掺入比条件下再生混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度。结果表明:随着养护时间的增加,添加聚丙烯纤维的再生混凝土平均密度降低;养护7天时,纤维的掺入比对再生混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度影响程度最大,纤维长度最小;养护28天时,纤维长度对再生混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度影响程度最大,纤维掺入比次之,纤维直径最小。 This article conducted tests on the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete specimens using polypropylene fibers,and studied the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete under different fiber lengths,diameters,and incorporation ratios.The results indicate that as the curing time increases,the average density of recycled concrete with the addition of polypropylene fibers decreases.When cured for 7 days,the fiber addition ratio has the greatest impact on the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete,and the fiber length is the smallest.When cured for 28 days,the fiber length has the greatest impact on the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete,followed by the fiber addition ratio and the fiber diameter.
