摘要 微专业作为“互联网+教育”系统化发展起来的新的教学形态,如何将其更好应用于新工科本科人才培养值得思考。基于对受众规模、属性差异及资源投入等制约微专业发展的现实问题分析,从培养定位入手,立体化建构“课程难度—功能类别—培养阶段”的三维素质培养课程体系,并以多态混合的教学方式、多阶目标达成度的教学评价框架和多样构成的教师队伍保障人才培养目标达成,形成专业能力与综合素质并重的微专业人才培养模式,提供新发展格局下,高等工程教育新发展阶段跨学科复合型专业人才培养新路径。 As a new teaching form,the concept of micro-specialty derives from a systematic development of“Internet plus education”.It is worth a profound reflection as how to apply this concept into engineering talent cultivation.Educational goal definitions should start from analyses to practical problems like student en volumes,attribute differences and resource investments.We thus propose a novel micro-specialty training mode,which involves a three-dimensional curriculum system constituted by curriculum difficulty,function classification and cultivation stage.Educational goals are achieved under this guarantee system of multiform teaching methods,multilevel achievement evaluation frameworks,and diversified staff compositions.New modes of micro-specialty talent training are shaped in terms of professional skills and comprehensive qualities.It provides new development routes for interdisciplinary and compound talents in higher engineering education.
