摘要 电机是驱动造纸机工作的主要部件,对转速稳定性有着较高的要求,转速不能过快,也不能过慢,因此造纸机电机转速调节至关重要。在此背景下,设计一种基于PID的造纸机双闭环电机调速系统。系统总体结构设计为三层,即采集层、应用服务层以及交互层。以FPGA作为核心,搭建系统硬件结构,设计速度环控制电路、电流环控制电路。利用霍尔传感器采集造纸机电机实际转速和电流并经过放大和滤波调制,计算与预期转速和电流之间的差值,通过PID构建双闭环电机转速控制器,以差值为输入,得出转速调节方案,驱动电机运作,达到纸机双闭环电机调速目的,完成系统软件设计。结果表明:PID双闭环电机调节器运行下,超调量相对更小,说明电机调速稳定性更好,由此证明了所设计系统的有效性。 The motor is the main component driving the paper machine,and has high requirements for the stability of the speed.The speed cannot be too fast or too slow,so the speed adjustment of the paper machine motor is very important.Under this background,a paper machine double closedloop motor speed control system based on PID is designed.The overall structure of the system is designed into three layers,namely,the acquisition layer,the application service layer and the interaction layer.With FPGA as the core,the system hardware structure is built,and the speed loop control circuit and current loop control circuit are designed.The Hall sensor is used to collect the actual speed and current of the paper machine motor,and the difference between the expected speed and current is calculated through amplification and filtering modulation.The double closedloop motor speed controller is built through PID,and the difference is used as input to obtain the speed regulation scheme,drive the motor operation,achieve the purpose of the paper machine double closedloop motor speed regulation,and complete the system software design.The results show that the overshoot is relatively small under the operation of PID double closedloop motor regulator,indicating that the motor speed regulation stability is better,which proves the effectiveness of the designed system.
