摘要 为实现针对造纸机传动系统的有效控制,研究提出了一套基于PCCB&R 2005可编程控制器的纸机传控系统,基于长网多缸造纸机的基本结构建立了分级递阶分布式纸张传控方案以及相应的系统硬件结构。在硬件设计方面,通过PCCB&R 2005、传感器、变频器等设备实现传控系统的负荷分配控制。在软件设计方面,通过WIN CC6.0来组建纸张传动控制系统操作界面,并以主监控界面为例展示了最终的设计结果。 In order to achieve effective control of the paper machine transmission system,this study proposes a paper machine transmission and control system based on PCCB&R 2005 programmable controller.Based on the basic structure of a long wire multi-cylinder paper machine,a hierarchical distributed paper transmission and control scheme and corresponding system hardware structure are established.In terms of hardware design,load distribution control of the transmission control system is achieved through PCCB&R 2005,sensors,frequency converters,and other equipment.In terms of software design,WIN CC6.0 was used to construct the operation interface of the paper drive control system,and the final design results were demonstrated using the main monitoring interface as an example.
