Development of Upper Computer Software System for Paper Surface Defect Detection in Library

纸张缺陷是影响成品质量的重要因素之一。对纸张缺陷,即纸病的检测亦是纸张生产过程中的一个重要环节。造纸企业由于原材料分配不均匀及工艺技术限制,致使生产出的纸张有不规则缺陷出现,而纸病检测就是将这些问题纸张检测出来。但在造纸企业生产线上对纸张表面缺陷检测的装置、装备还不完善。因此,通过对纸张缺陷的类型及产生的各类因素进行了深入分析,并针对该问题研发一套完整的纸张表面缺陷检测系统,其主要目的是为了提升造纸企业的纸张生产质量,促进造纸企业国际化发展。

Paper defect is one of the important factors affecting the quality of finished products.The detection of paper defects,that is,paper defects,is also an important part of the paper production process.Due to the uneven distribution of raw materials and technological constraints,the paper produced by paper enterprises has irregular defects,and the paper disease detection is to detect these problems.However,the devices and equipment for detecting the surface defects of paper on the production line of papermaking enterprises are not perfect.Therefore,this paper deeply analyzes the types of paper defects and various factors,and develops a complete paper surface defect detection system for this problem.Its main purpose is to improve the paper production quality of paper enterprises and promote the international development of paper enterprises.
