新时代强军视域下高校校园军事文化建设研究

Research on the Construction of Military Culture in College Campus from the Perspective of Building Strong Armed Forces in the New Era

中国共产党确立的新时代强军目标,要求作为征兵主阵地的高校着重加强校园军事文化建设。新时代校园军事文化具有育人价值、治理价值和创新价值。然而,当前高校存在对校园军事文化建设的价值认识不到位,把军事文化融入校园文化的程度不够深,在校园军事文化建设上创新不足等现实问题和困境。高校应提高加强校园军事文化建设价值的认识,深入推进“三个融合”体系建设,强化校园军事文化建设举措创新,从而切实服务新时代强军目标。

The goal of building strong armed forces in the new era established by the Communist Party of China requires colleges and universities as the main conscription ground to build a campus culture that is compatible with it,laying an emphasis on strengthening the military culture on campus.The military culture on campus in the new era has such values as education,governance and innovation.However,at present,there are real problems and dilemmas in universities,such as insufficient understanding of the value to construct the campus military culture,insufficient integration of military culture into campus culture,and insufficient innovation in the construction of campus military culture.Colleges and universities should raise awareness of the value to intensify campus military culture,deeply propel the construction of the“three-integration”system,and strengthen the innovation of the initiatives to construct campus military culture,so as to effectively serve the goal of building strong armed forces in the new era.
