摘要
文章旨在探究樟叶精油对鸡球虫病的治疗效果。试验将150只1日龄乌骨鸡随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验设阴性对照组(Ⅰ组)、阳性对照组(Ⅱ组)、油樟叶精油添加Ⅲ组、油樟叶精油添加Ⅳ组、西药添加Ⅴ组。阴性对照组(Ⅰ组)不感染球虫不用药,其余Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组在14日龄灌服5×104个柔嫩艾美尔球虫,所有组于22日龄处死测抗球虫指数;其中Ⅱ组感染球虫不用药,Ⅲ组从雏鸡1日龄起饮水中添加1 L/4000 L油樟叶精油直到试验结束,Ⅳ组从雏鸡1日龄起饮水中添加1 L/2000 L油樟叶精油直到试验结束,Ⅴ组从感染球虫的第二天起饮水加添加0.5%地克珠利溶液,每升水中添加0.2 mL直到试验结束。通过人工感染孢子化球虫卵囊,统计试验鸡存活率、相对增重率、卵囊值、病变值等抗球虫指数,对油樟叶精油组与地克珠利组抗球虫效果进行评价。结果显示,油樟叶精油低浓度无抗球虫效果(ACI为114.01),高浓度仅具有低效抗球虫作用(ACI为134.36),地克珠利是中高效抗球虫药(ACI为179.93)。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the therapeutic effect of Cinnamomum Longepaniculatum leaf essential oil on coccidiosis of chicken.A total of 1501-day-old Silky chicken were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 30 chicken per group,Each group was divided into three equal subgroups.chicken inⅠwere deprived of essential oil treatment and of Eimeria challenge.Ⅱ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤwere given 5×104 Eimeria challenge at 14 days of age.All groups were sacrificed at 22 days of age to measure the coccidia resistance index.GroupⅡwas not treated with coccidiasis infection,groupⅢwas supplemented with 1L/4000L essential oil from the first day of age until the end of the experiment,groupⅣwas supplemented with 1L/2000L essential oil from the first day,groupⅤwas supplemented with 0.5%diczulli solution from the second day of coccidiasis infection,Add 0.2ml per litre of water until the end of the experiment.The survival rate,relative weight gain rate,egg sac value and lesion value of experimental chickens were calculated by artificially infecting coccidioides oocysts,and the anti-coccidioides index was calculated to evaluate the anti-coccidioides effect of Camphor leaf essential oil group and Dikezulli group.The results showed that the essential oil of camphor leaf had no anticocciditis effect at low concentration(ACI 114.01),but had only low anticocciditis effect at high concentration(ACI 134.36),and dekezulide was a medium effective anticocciditis drug(ACI 179.93).
