摘要
文章旨在研究复合益生菌剂对仔猪生长性能、血清免疫指标及粪便微生物的影响,试验选取60头30日龄体重为(7.74±0.38)kg的健康断奶仔猪,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。试验组按照1.0×10^(9)CFU/头添加复合益生菌剂,每天饮水饲喂,试验共28 d。结果显示,试验组日均增重、日均采食量分别极显著(P<0.01)、显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;试验组血清IgG含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血清IgM、IL-2、IL-1β和TNF-α含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组第14天粪样中乳酸杆菌数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第28天极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),第28天样中大肠杆菌数极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组第14天粪样中乳酸杆菌数显著高于第0天(P<0.05),第28天粪样中乳酸杆菌数显著高于第14天(P<0.05),第28天粪样中乳酸杆菌数极显著高于第0天(P<0.01),第28天粪样中大肠杆菌数极显著低于第0天和第14天的粪样(P<0.01)。研究表明,饮水中添加复合益生菌剂能改善仔猪肠道菌群平衡,增强机体免疫力,具有良好的促生长作用,具备一定的应用前景。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound probiotics on the growth performance,immune indexes,and fecal microbiota of piglets.Sixty 30 days old healthy weaned piglets which weighing were(7.74±0.38)kg were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups which contain three replicates in each group,and each replicate contained 10 piglets.The piglets of experimental group were fed with water as 1.0×10^(9) CFU compound probiotics of each one in 28 days.The results showed that the daily average weight of experimental group was highly significantly than the control group’s(P<0.01),daily feed intake of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group’s(P<0.05).IgG of experimental group was highly significantly than the control group’s(P<0.01).IgM,IL-2,IL-1βand TNF-αwere significantly higher than the control group’s(P<0.05).The lactobacillus counts of 14th day feces sample of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group’s(P<0.05),and the 28th day’s was highly significantly than the control group’s(P<0.01).Escherichia coli counts of 28th day feces sample was highly significantly than the control group’s(P<0.01).The lactobacillus counts of 14th day feces sample in experimental group was significantly higher than the first day’s(P<0.05),and the 28th day’s was significantly higher than the 14th day’s(P<0.05),highly significantly than the first day’s.Escherichia coli counts of the 28th day was lowly significantly than the first day’s and the 14th day’s.This research indicated that the compound probiotics which was added with the water can improve the balance of gut microbiota,enhance the body’s immunity,promote the growth,and find a certain application prospects.
