摘要
文章旨在研究全价日粮中添加微生态制剂对杜长母猪繁殖性能和免疫功能的影响。试验将120头日龄、体重接近的母猪随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复5头猪,试验母猪为产前50 d。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加200和400 mg/kg的微生态制剂(枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌和粪肠球菌),预饲期10 d,正试期为80 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组显著提高了仔猪初重和断奶重(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组显著提高了母猪血清谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)(P<0.05),显著降低了血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组母猪血清促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)和催乳素(PRL)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组显著提高了血清中IgG、IgM和IL-1的水平(P<0.05),显著降低了血清中TNF-α的浓度(P<0.05)。结论 :微生态制剂可以提高母猪繁殖性能和免疫功能。
This study aims to study the effects of adding microecological preparations to full-price diets on reproductive performance and immunity of Du Chang sows.The trial randomly divided 120 sow pigs with similar physiological functions into 3 groups with 8 replicates in each group and 5 pigs in each replicate,Test sows are 50 days before farrowing.The control group was fed basic diet,and 200 and 400mg/kg microecological preparations(Bacillus subtilis,lactic acid bacteria and Enterococcus faecalis)were added to the basic diet,and the prefeed period was 10 days and the formal period was 80 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the initial weight and weaning weight of piglets were significantly improved in the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the sows in the experimental group significantly increased serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and catalase(P<0.05)and significantly reduced serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and prolactin(PRL)in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group significantly increased the levels of IgG,IgM and IL-1 in serum(P<0.05)and significantly reduced the concentration of TNF-αin serum(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microecological preparations can improve the reproductive performance and immune function of sows.
