酵母甘露寡糖对初生犊牛生长性能和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 文章旨在研究酵母甘露寡糖对初生犊牛生长性能和抗氧化能力的影响。试验选取初生荷斯坦犊牛28头,随机分为4组,每组7个重复,每个重复1头犊牛。对照组饲喂牛乳不做额外处理,3个试验组从2日龄开始分别在牛乳中额外添加2、4、8 g酵母甘露寡糖。结果表明,与对照组相比,在初生犊牛养殖中额外添加4和8 g/d酵母甘露寡糖可显著提高犊牛试验期末重、1~30 d和1~60 d平均日增重(P<0.05);添加8 g/d酵母甘露寡糖可显著提高犊牛31~60 d平均日增重(P<0.05);添加4和8 g/d酵母甘露寡糖可显著提高试验期第30天犊牛血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平(P<0.05),显著提高第60天犊牛血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和总抗氧化能力水平(P<0.05);添加2、4和8 g/d酵母甘露寡糖均可显著降低试验期第30和60天犊牛血清中丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,酵母甘露寡糖在初生犊牛养殖中的应用中可有效改善其生长性能,提高初生犊牛机体抗氧化水平;酵母甘露寡糖在初生犊牛养殖的1~30 d推荐使用剂量为4 g,31~60 d推荐剂量为8 g。 The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of yeast mannan oligosaccharide on growth performance and antioxidant capacity of newborn calves.A total of 28 newborn Holstein calves were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 4 groups with 7 replicates of 1 calf in each group.The control group was fed milk without additional treatment,and the three experimental groups were supplemented with 2,4 and 8 g of yeast mannan oligosaccharide in milk from 2 days of age,respectively.The results showed that compared to the control group,the additional addition of 4 g/d and 8 g/d yeast mannan oligosaccharides in newborn calf culture significantly increased the weight at the end of the test period,the average daily gain at 1~30 d and 1~60 d(P<0.05);the addition of 8 g/d yeast mannan oligosaccharide significantly increased the average daily weight gain of calves at 31~60 d(P<0.05);the addition of 4 g/d and 8 g/d yeast mannan-oligosaccharide significantly increased glutathione peroxidase levels in the serum of calves at 30 d of the test period(P<0.05),and significantly increased levels of glutathione peroxidase,superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity in the serum of calves at 60 d(P<0.05);the addition of 2,4 and 8 g/d yeast mannan oligosaccharide significantly reduced malondialdehyde levels in the serum of calves at 30 d and 60 d of the test period(P<0.05).In conclusion,the application of yeast mannan oligosaccharide in newborn calves rearing can effectively improve their growth performance and antioxidant level of calves;the recommended dose of yeast mannan oligosaccharide in newborn calves rearing is 4 g for 1~30 d and 8 g for 31~60 d.
