摘要
本研究以饲料型脱毒山药为载体,采用不同微生物肥料配方,研究微生物肥料对饲料型脱毒山药病害、产量、冠层CO_(2)浓度及品质的影响,为生产上获得更加优质的畜禽饲料提供科学依据。结果表明,在0~15 kg,随着微生物菌肥施用量的增加,褐斑病、红斑病对饲料型脱毒山药的危害程度显著降低(P<0.05),块茎中淀粉和VC含量逐渐增加,至T5处理时值最大。冠层CO_(2)浓度随微生物菌肥施用量的增加呈逐渐升高的趋势。随着微生物菌肥施用量的增加,块茎的长度、周长、块茎重量小区产量呈先升高后降低的单峰变化规律,且T5处理较对照分别增加32.77%、60.42%、71.43%、34.29%,与对照差异极显著(P<0.01)。脱饲料型脱毒山药产量与自身周长显著正相关(P<0.05),与长度、单重、CO_(2)浓度极显著正相关(P<0.01)。微生物菌肥的施用量与褐斑病、红斑病的发生存在极显著负相关(P<0.01),与田间块茎的冠层CO_(2)存在极显著正相关(P<0.01)。
In this study,feed type detoxicated yam was used as the carrier,and different microbial fertilizer formulations were used to study the effects of microbial fertilizer on disease,yield,canopy CO_(2) concentration and quality of feed type detoxicated yam,so as to provide scientific basis for obtaining more high-quality livestock and poultry feed in production.The results showed that in the range of 0~15 kg,with the increase of the application amount of microbial fertilizer,the harm of brown spot and red spot to feed type detoxicated yam was significantly reduced,and the content of starch and VC in tuber gradually increased,reaching the maximum value at T5 treatment.The concentration of CO_(2) in the canopy gradually increased with the increase of microbial fertilizer application.With the increase of the application amount of microbial fertilizer,the length,perimeter and weight of tuber showed a single peak change rule of first increasing and then decreasing,and the yield of tuber increased by 32.77%,60.42%,71.43%and 34.29%respectively compared with the control under T5 treatment,which was significantly different from the contro(l P<0.01).The yield of detoxicated yam of the feed type was significantly positively correlated with its circumference(P<0.05),and was significantly positively correlated with its length,unit weight and CO_(2) concentration(P<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between the application amount of microbial fertilizer and the occurrence of brown spot and red spo(t P<0.01),and a significant positive correlation between the application amount of microbial fertilizer and the canopy CO_(2) of field tubers.
