乡村振兴的基础是产业兴旺,同时产业兴旺也是解决农村一切问题的前提。《国务院关于促进乡村产业振兴的指导意见》中明确指出要以坚持农民的主体地位,坚持农业农村优先发展方针大方针永不改变,以农业及农村资源为依托,以融合农村一、二、三产业共同发展为路径,构建现代农业产业体系。而可持续发展要求社会、经济、文化、资源、环境、人口等各方面相互协调、共同发展,只有保证生态可持续,经济可持续才会实现,最终才会达成社会可持续。

The basis of rural revitalization is industrial prosperity,and industrial prosperity is also the premise to solve all problems in rural areas.In the Guiding Opinions of The State Council on Promoting the Revitalization of Rural Industries,it is clearly pointed out that we should adhere to the dominant position of farmers,adhere to the policy of giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and never change the general policy,rely on agriculture and rural resources,and integrate the common development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas as the path to build a modern agricultural industry system.Sustainable development requires the coordination and common development of society,economy,culture,resources,environment,population and other aspects.Only when ecological sustainability is guaranteed,can economic sustainability be realized and finally social sustainability be achieved.
