湛江市麻章区耕地资源利用的调查分析

摘要 本文以广东省湛江市麻章区为例,对91个行政村和188个自然村开展全面调查和重点调查,采用多元回归分析方法分析麻章区耕地闲置的影响因素。结果显示,(1)麻章区耕地资源极其匮乏,耕地面积占麻章区土地总面积比例低,人均耕地面积远低于联合国粮农组织所确定的现行使用的人均耕地0.795亩的警戒线;(2)耕地资源空间分布不均匀,麻章镇最多,闲置的耕地也最多;(3)耕地质量与基础设施条件是耕地闲置的主要影响因素。为此,提出“加大农业基础设施建设投入,集中托管科学培肥,强化耕地闲置约束执法”的政策建议。 Taking Mazhang District of Zhanjiang City,Guangdong Province as an example,we carry out a comprehensive survey and key investigation in 91 administrative villages and 188 natural villages,and employmultiple regression analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of idle farmland in Mazhang District.The results show that,(1)Mazhang District are extremely lack of cultivated land resources,the proportion of the cultivated land area to the total land area is low,and the per capita cultivated land area is far lower than the current per capita cultivated land warning line of 0.795 mu set by the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations;(2)the spatial distribution of cultivated land resources is uneven,with Mazhang Town having the largest number and idle cultivated land;(3)cultivated land quality and agricultura infrastructure conditions are the main factors affecting idle cultivated land.According to the conclusions,some suggestions wereproposed includingincreasing the investment in agricultural infrastructure construction,promoting cultivated land quality,and strengtheninglaw enforcement of idle farmland.
