摘要
近年,高校毕业生人数逐年增加,“慢就业”现象愈发普遍。以山西省某高校2020—2022年未落实就业去向的420名毕业生为研究对象进行问卷调查,发现96.1%的毕业生对“慢就业”表示支持,多数毕业生的求职计划并不迫切。社会竞争压力大、自身就业能力不足,还未做好就业准备、家长支持等都是毕业生选择“慢就业”的原因。对此,毕业生个人、家庭、学校、社会四个层面应共同发力,以鼓励高校毕业生积极就业,缓解就业压力,勇敢面对挑战。
Recently,the number of college students increases year by year,and“slow employment”has become more and more popular.Through taking 420 graduates who were not employed in a college in Shanxi Province from 2020 to 2022 as the research objects,questionnaire survey found that 96.1%graduates supported“slow employment”,and most graduates’job-hunting plan is not urgent.Great social competitiveness,insufficient employment ability,not being ready for preparation,and family support,etc.are the causes of graduates’selection of“slow employment”.Therefore,graduates,family,school and the society should make effects jointly,to encourage college graduates’active employment,relieve employment pressure,and help graduates to face challenges.
