乡村振兴背景下大学生返乡创业的发展路径

Entrepreneurial Development Paths for College Students Returning to Hometowns Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

随着乡村振兴战略的提出,越来越多的大学生返乡创业,积极投身到家乡建设中,将所学知识与家乡发展有机结合,在实现自身价值的同时也带动了乡村经济的发展。为进一步了解大学生返乡创业现状,通过问卷星对在校及毕业两年内的大学生进行问卷调查。结果表明,大学生的创业意识在逐渐觉醒,他们有意愿利用所学推动家乡产业发展,但对创业缺乏深层次认识,认为自身的知识和技能暂时不能满足创业要求,对创业政策的了解程度也一般。为此,政府相关部门应多渠道发力助推大学生返乡创业,高校应着力培养综合型人才,而大学生也应积极主动投入到乡村建设中,三方共同努力才能促进大学生找到实现家乡发展与个人发展的平衡点、立足点。

Under the background of rural revitalization,more and more college students return to hometowns,actively devote into the construction of their hometown,and organically combine the knowledge they have learned with hometown development.So they realize their value and drive the development of rural economy.In order to further know the status of college students returning to hometowns for entrepreneurship,the study does questionnaire survey on college students who have graduated in recent two years with Wenjuanxing.The results show that the entrepreneurial consciousness of college students is gradually awakening.They are willing to use what they have learned to promote the development of industries in their hometown,but they lack a deep understanding of entrepreneurship.They believe that their own knowledge and skills cannot meet the requirements of entrepreneurship now,and their understanding of entrepreneurial policies is not so good.Therefore,relevant government departments should make efforts through multiple channels to encourage college students to return hometown to start businesses,colleges should train comprehensive talents,and college students should also actively put into rural construction.Three parties should make great efforts to help college students to find the balance point and foothold to realize their hometown and personal development.
