摘要
结合临床检验仪器课程特点,挖掘其可融合的思政元素和资源,是推动创新型医学检验人才培养的重要路径。调查发现,临床检验仪器课程思政的融入效果较为明显,大部分学生对临床检验仪器课程思政教育持肯定态度,能够积极配合教师进行课程思政学习。课程思政不仅使大部分学生学到了专业知识,还能够增强其爱国情怀、文化自信,并使其树立坚定的信念,但临床检验仪器课程思政在教学内容、教学方式和教师能力等方面仍有待提升,建立教师课程思政能力提升培训小组,以学生需求为导向,深度挖掘学生关注的课程思政内容,能够充分发挥课程思政隐性育人的作用,有效提升临床检验仪器课程思政融入水平。
Through combining with the characteristics of clinical laboratory instruments,the exploration of the integrated ideological and political elements and resources is the important path for the promotion of innovation medical laboratory talents.It is found that there is significant integration effect of ideology and politics in clinical laboratory instruments course.Most students have positive attitudes towards ideological and political education in the course of clinical laboratory instruments,and can actively cooperate with teachers in the course of ideological and political course.Ideological and political courses can not only enable most students to learn professional knowledge,but also enhance their patriotic feelings and cultural confidence,and establish a firm belief.But the teaching content,teaching method and teacher’s ability need to be improved in ideology and politics of clinical laboratory instruments course.It is suggested to establish the training group for course ideological and political ability improvement,deeply explore the course ideological and political contents under students’attention,fully play the role of course ideological and political recessive education,and effectively improve the integration level of course ideology and politics of clinical laboratory instruments.
