摘要 随着新型电力系统的发展,新能源占比越来越高,有时仅仅依靠集中式光伏电站与风电场不足以应对电网调峰需求,分布式光伏将逐步参与调峰。针对低压分布式光伏分布范围广,控制难度大,涉及利益复杂的特点,建立了一种基于HPLC智能电能表改造的低压分布式光伏调峰控制模型,制定了低压分布式光伏调控优先级策略,在基于样板光伏理论基础上提出了调峰后弃限电量统计与分布式光伏控增方法,可以在尽量避免分布式光伏用户经济损失情况下,充分调用低压分布式调峰资源,为低压分布式光伏的发展和管理提供思路。 With the development of new power systems,the proportion of new energy sources is getting higher and higher,and sometimes only relying on centralized photovoltaic power plants and wind farms is not enough to meet the peak load demand of the power grid.Aiming at the characteristics of low-voltage distributed photovoltaics being widely distributed,difficult to control,and involving complex interests,a low-voltage distributed photovoltaic control process model was established based on the transformation of HPLC smart meters,and a low-voltage distributed photovoltaic control priority strategy was developed.Based on the model photovoltaic theory,methods of power curtailment statistics and distributed photovoltaic control increase after peak shaving were proposed.The low-voltage distributed peak shaving resources can be fully utilized while avoiding the economic losses of distributed photovoltaic users as much as possible,providing ideas for the development and management of low-voltage distributed photovoltaics in the future.
