基于行波的多分支配电网单相接地故障测距方法 被引量:3

摘要 针对多分支配电网拓扑结构复杂,单一行波故障测距无法普适的问题,构建多分支配电网模型、改进行波提取装置为分支点处间隔配置、定义配电网中三类故障位置,同时对无行波提取装置的分支故障定位提出双端模量波速差测距方法,结合双端行波故障测距与单端模量波速差故障测距方法组合测距,实现了配电网内单相接地故障定位全覆盖。并采用PSCAD/EMPDC仿真平台搭建故障测距模型,结果表明该方法测距精度较高且稳定性强,满足了工程实际需求。 In order to solve the problem that the single traveling wave fault location method cannot be universauy applied in multi partition dominated power grid topologies,this paper presents a study.The model of a multi-branch dominated power net-work is constructed rand the configuration scheme of the wave extraction device is changed to an interval configuration at branch points.Three kinds of fault locations in distribution network are defined.A two terminal mode wave velocity difference ranging method is proposed for branch fault location without a wave extraction device.Combined with the two terminal mode wave ve-locity difference ranging method and the single terminal mode wave velocity difference ranging method,the single phase fault location in the distribution network can be fully covered and the ranging cost can be further reduced.The PSCAD/EMPDC sim-ulation platform is used to build the fault location model.The simulation and calculation results demonstrate that the proposed method has high ranging accuracy and strong stability,which can meet the actual engineering requirements.
