高速线材全自动翻卷机的设计及应用

摘要 高速线材特别是大规格盘卷打包后,C型钩上的成品卷存在底部整齐而上部参差不齐、磁力吊卸卷起吊难、速度慢、成品刮伤及卸卷与行车设备故障多等问题。为解决这些问题,在卸卷站前设计了一台高速线材全自动翻卷机,利用机动车行驶原理,运用电机带动轮胎转动,依靠轮胎的滚动磨擦力带动线卷转动,达到翻卷目的。设备运行全过程由PLC控制,为全自动,降低了设备故障率及备件消耗量,为解决类似问题提供了方法。 After packing the high-speed wire,especially the large size coil,there are some problems in the finished coil on the C-hook,such as neat bottom and uneven top,difficulty in lifting the magnetic unloading coil,slow speed,scratch of the finished product,and frequent failure of the unloading coil and driving equipment.In order to solve these problems,before the unloading station,the study designs a high-speed wire reel automatic machine,uses the motor driving principle,uses the motor to drive the tire to rotate,and relies on the rolling friction force of the tire to drive the coil to rotate,so as to achieve the purpose of turning the coil.The whole operation process of the equipment is controlled by PLC,which is fully automatic,reducing the failure rate of the equipment and the consumption of spare parts,and providing a method for solving similar problems.
