水泥对沥青料性能影响的试验分析

摘要 为了研究水泥掺量对沥青料性能的影响,设计了0%、1%、2%、3%、4%5种水泥掺量,并制备相应的沥青试件,进行15℃劈裂试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验及冻融劈裂试验。结果显示,掺入2%的水泥不仅可以在满足规范要求的基础上增强沥青料的力学性能、高温性能、低温抗裂性及水稳定性,还能确保施工经济性。建议沥青料中水泥掺量控制在2%。 In order to study the influence of cement content on asphalt properties,five kinds of cement content(0%,1%,2%,3%and 4%)are designed,and asphalt specimens are prepared according to the five kinds of cement content.Then,15℃splitting test,rut test,low temperature bending test,soaking Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test are carried out.The results show that adding 2%cement into asphalt can not only enhance the mechanical properties,high temperature properties,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of asphalt on the basis of meeting the requirements of the code,but also ensure the economic efficiency of construction.Therefore,it is suggested that the cement content in asphalt should be controlled at 2%.
