摘要
为建立HPLC法测定消毒产品油剂中三氯生的成分含量,采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)、柱温30℃、以乙腈(A)-纯化水(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~5 min,A:60%;5~10 min,A:60%~80%;10~20 min,A:80%),流速1.5 mL/min,检测波长280 nm。结果表明,三氯生的线形范围为1.6~402.2μg/mL(r=0.9999),回收率在99.10%(RSD=1.54%)、101.15%(RSD=1.21%)、98.56%(RSD=1.44%)(n=6)。该方法稳定,快速,专属性强,可用于消毒产品油剂中三氯生的含量测定及质量控制。
In order to measure triclosan in disinfectant oil by HPLC,the study uses Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 chromatographic column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),column temperature 30℃,acetonitrile(A)-purified water(B)as moving phase,gradient elute(0~5 min,A:60%;5~10 min,A:60%~80%;10~20 min,A:80%),flow velocity 1.5 mL/min,and detection wave length 280 nm.The results show that the linear scope of triclosan is 1.6~402.2μg/mL(r=0.9999),and the recovery rate is 99.10%(RSD=1.54%),101.15%(RSD=1.21%)and 98.56%(RSD=1.44%)(n=6).The method is stable,rapid and specified.It can be used to measure triclosan content in disinfect products and realize quality control.
