妊娠期糖尿病患者合并焦虑现状及影响因素的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the Present Situation of Anxiety Comorbidity in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and the Influencing Factors

妊娠期糖尿病患者存在一定的焦虑情绪,糖尿病家族史、孕产妇年龄、孕前BMI是妊娠期糖尿病患者合并焦虑情绪的危险因素,通过系统检索、评价妊娠期糖尿病患者焦虑现状及其影响因素,为妊娠期糖尿病焦虑症患者的管理及制定控制方案提供科学依据。检索7个英文数据库及4个中文数据库中妊娠期糖尿病患者合并焦虑情绪现状及影响因素的相关文献,检索时间为建库至2021年9月,提取21篇文献、3个影响因素的数据进行Meta分析。结果显示:妊娠期糖尿病患者合并焦虑情绪均分为37.97,95%CI(27.84~48.11)。亚组分析,SAS组焦虑情绪均分为51.521,95%CI(48.75~54.29),HAMA组焦虑情绪均分为10.865,95%CI(10.38~11.35),其他组焦虑情绪均分为11.153,95%CI(6.67~15.63)。糖尿病家族史[OR=2.95,95%CI(1.29~6.73)]、年龄[OR=1.61,95%CI(1.12~2.31)]、孕前BMI[OR=2.35,95%CI(1.34~4.14)]是妊娠期糖尿病患者合并焦虑情绪的影响因素(P<0.05)。

Gestational diabetes patients are anxious to some extent.Family history of diabetes,age of pregnant and lying-in women and pre-pregnancy BIM are the risk factors of anxiety comorbidity in gestational diabetes.Through system review,the study evaluates the present situation of the anxiety of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and the influencing factors,to provide scientific basis for the management of patients with anxiety comorbidity in gestational diabetes mellitus and the formulation of control scheme.The study reviews the related literature of patients with anxiety comorbidity in gestational diabetes mellitus in 7 English and 4 Chinese databases from the establishment of the database to Sep.2021,and does Meta-analysis of the data of 21 literature and 3 influencing factors.The results show that the average anxiety scores comorbidity in gestational diabetes mellitus is 37.97,95%CI(27.84~48.11).In subgroup analysis,the average anxiety score of SAS group is 51.521,95%CI(48.75~54.29),that of HAMA group is 10.865,95%CI(10.38~11.35),and that of other group is 11.153,95%CI(6.67~15.63).Family history of diabetes mellitus[OR=2.95,95%CI(1.29~6.73)],age[OR=1.61,95%CI(1.12~2.31)]and pre-pregnancy BMI[OR=2.35,95%CI(1.34~4.14)]are the influencing factors of anxiety comorbidity in gestational diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).
