摘要 针对传统烘烤存在的耗费人工、热效率低、废渣废气排放量大等问题,以卧式密集烤房为改造对象,选用清洁能源—电能替代燃煤作为加热能源,采用电加热膜对烟叶进行烘烤。经对比试验,烘烤结果为干烟叶成本2.17元/kg,具有发热率高、设备成本低、轻便易安装、维护成本低等优势,为密集烤房能源替代、省工减排、绿色生产提供了参考依据,为进一步示范应用推广奠定了基础。 There are problems of traditional curing:labor consumption,low thermal efficiency,and waste slag and gas emissions,etc.Through taking horizontal intensive oven as the transformation object,clean energy-electric energy is used as heating energy instead of coal,and electric heating film is used to bake tobacco leaves.Through comparative test,the results show that the cost of dry tobacco is 2.17 yuan/kg,and dry tobacco is qualified with high heat liberation rate,low equipment cost,light and easy arrangement,and low maintenance cost,etc.This provides reference for bulk curing barn energy substitution,labor saving and emission reduction,and green production,to lay foundation for further demonstration application.
