摘要
为解决芯轴式液气缓冲器性能参数不明确的问题,确定各项参数对缓冲器性能的影响,文中根据流体力学相关知识,构建了芯轴式液气缓冲器的缓冲过程数学模型,确定了缓冲器阻尼系数计算方法,并基于Matlab软件编制了缓冲器动态特性仿真程序,探究了芯轴式液气缓冲器的结构参数和冲击工况变化对缓冲器性能的影响。研究结果表明:该模型能够较好地模拟芯轴式液气缓冲器的动态特性。该模型可进一步应用于缓冲器的参数优化设计研究,为同类研究提供参考。
To define the performance parameters of the mandrel-type hydro-pneumatic buffer and determine the influence of each parameter on the performance of the buffer,a mathematical model of the buffer process of the mandrel-type hydropneumatic buffer was constructed according to fluid mechanics,and the calculation method of the buffer damping coefficient was determined.A simulation program of the dynamic characteristics of the buffer was compiled based on Matlab software,and the influence of the structural parameters and impact conditions of the mandrel-type hydro-pneumatic buffer on the performance was studied.The results show that the model can well simulate the dynamic characteristics of the mandrel-type hydro-pneumatic buffer.The model can be further applied to the study of parameter optimization design of buffer,providing reference for similar research.
