“坚持人民至上”是中国共产党百年奋斗创造历史辉煌的重要历史经验之一,贯穿中国共产党治国理政的全过程,蕴含深刻的历史逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑。从历史逻辑来看,“坚持人民至上”发端于新民主主义革命时期,发展于中国共产党人革命、建设和改革历程中,升华于新时代共产党人治国理政实践中;从理论逻辑来看,“坚持人民至上”以马克思列宁主义为理论源泉,在马克思主义中国化时代化的进程中得以不断发展、深化;从实践逻辑上看,中国共产党立足于国情民意,以实现人民利益为中心,通过加强和改进党的建设为“坚持人民至上”提供实践保障。中国共产党坚持人民至上的理论逻辑、历史逻辑统一于实践逻辑。历史逻辑是理论逻辑的发展土壤,理论逻辑是对历史逻辑的提炼升华,二者统一于具体的实践逻辑。
