地理国情监测成果与国土调查成果中耕地数据对比分析

Comparative analysis of cultivated land data on the results of geographical conditions monitoring and land survey

地理国情监测是反映地表自然营造物和人工建造物的自然属性或状况,侧重于土地的自然属性,从而有利于进一步深入了解地面覆盖的真实情况。国土调查按照实地现状来确定用地类型,侧重于满足对不同需求的土地管理,进而体现出土地权属和利用的社会属性。两者虽然都是单独的工作项目,但彼此之间有着十分密切的联系,且互补性较强,在具体的实践中也有着许多相互借鉴的案例。然而,地理国情监测与国土调查的成果在部分同类数据方面存在着一定的差异。为探究这两种成果的差异原因,以山西某县为例,分别选取两种成果中的耕地面积数据来分析,来创设两者之间地类的映射关系,根据分布图斑将两种分类下的耕地地类数据进行对比和叠加,并结合实践进行分析,探究两种数据之间存在的差异及其出现的原因,继而为两种不同数据的适用场景及交叉使用提供有效的科学参考。

The geographical conditions monitoring reflects the natural properties or conditions of natural structures and artificial structures on the surface,focusing on the natural properties of land,thereby it’s conducive for us to further understand the real situation of land coverage.Land survey determines land use types according to the actual situation,focusing on land management to meet its different needs,and thus reflects the social attributes of land ownership and utilization.Although both of them are separate projects,they are closely related to each other and highly complementary.There are also many cases of mutual learning in the concrete practice.However,there are some differences between the results of geographical monitoring and land survey in some similar data.In order to explore the reasons for the differences between the two results,a county in Shanxi Province is taken as an example to select the cultivated land area data of the two results for analysis,so as to create the mapping relationship between the two types of land,and compare and superimpose the cultivated land type data under the two types of classification according to the distribution pattern.Through analyzing in combination with practice and exploring the differences between the two kinds of data and the reasons for the differences,the effective scientific reference is provided for the application scenarios and cross-use of the two kinds of different data.
