摘要
为解决现阶段堤防工程管理维护问题,设计一种以大数据云计算为基础的信息化管理平台,在构建该平台的数据基础过程中,本文引入倾斜摄影测量技术,阐述倾斜摄影测量数据采集、分析、成图等技术流程,分析三维模型重建涉及的关键技术。针对堤防工程地理环境复杂、数据质量低等问题,提出航线外扩、影像增强等解决方案,并对多视角密集匹配技术进行阐述,结合实测数据进行方法验证。结果显示:本文方法能快速完成堤防工程实景三维模型的构建,且精度满足标准要求。
In order to solve the problems existed in the management and maintenance of dike project at present,an information management platform based on big data cloud computing is considered.In the process of building the data foundation of this platform,this paper introduces tilt photogrammetry technology,expounds the technical processes of data collection,analysis and mapping of tilt photogrammetry and analyzes the key technologies involved in 3D model reconstruction.Aiming at the problems of complex geographical environment and low data quality of dike project,solutions such as route expansion and image enhancement in this study are proposed and the multi-view dense matching technology is expounded.In combination with the measured data,the method is verified.The results show that this method can quickly complete the construction of three-dimensional model of dike engineering and its accuracy meets the standard requirements.
