新型基础测绘作为基础测绘的改革与发展方向,伴随着测绘地理信息各项工作的推进不断前进,其中地理实体的构建成为如何继承、拓展原有基础地理信息成果的关键,作者从自身实际工作出发,分别从地理实体数据构建、粒度与精度设计,二维与三维实体数据生产为出发点,开展相关研究,为新型基础测绘建设提供借鉴和参考。

As the reform and development direction of basic surveying and mapping,along with the advancement of various work related to surveying and mapping geographic information,the construction of geographical entities becomes the key to how to inherit and expand the original basic geographic information achievements.The author,proceeding from his own practical work,starts from the construction,granularity and precision design of geographic entity data,as well as the production of 2D and 3D entity data,to carry out relevant research,and provide reference for the construction of new basic surveying and mapping.
