摘要
“十四五”规划与2035年远景目标明确指出,要加快推进现代物流的数字化,发展流通新技术、新业态、新模式。随着云计算、大数据、人工智能、工业互联网、物联网、5G移动网络等信息技术在物流行业的广泛应用,新兴的供应链及物流概念越来越受到人们的关注,如区块链、Industry(工业)4.0,人工智能等。随着我国智慧物流进入快速发展阶段,“数智化”这一基于“数字化”+“智能化”概念的兴起使得数智化物流人才的培养显得尤为重要。内陆开放是金华的特色和优势,建设现代物流枢纽中心是金华建设内陆开放枢纽中心城市的重要任务。现代化物流管理人才主要由高校培养输送,但高校对专业物流人才培养存在模式陈旧且教育资源相对匮乏、专业人才培养目标缺乏特色、培养方案与行业发展不匹配等问题。因此,金华本土高校应致力于培养“数智化”物流人才,加快人才集聚、促进创新驱动,为建设现代物流枢纽中心提供人才支撑。
The 14th Five-Year Plan and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035 clearly point out that we should accelerate the digitalization of modern logistics and develop new technologies,new business models and new modes of circulation.With the widespread application of cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,industrial Internet,Internet of Things,5G mobile network and other information technology in the logistics industry,the emerging supply chain and logistics concepts are receiving more and more attention,such as block chain,Industry 4.0,artif icial intelligence and so on.As China's intelligent logistics has entered a rapid development stage,the rise of the concept of“digital intelligence”based on“digitalization”+“intelli gence”makes the training of digital intelligence logistics personnel especially important.The inland openness is the characteristic and advantage of Jinhua,and the construction of modern logistics hub is an important task for Jinhua to build an inland open hub city.Modern logistics management talents are mainly cultivated and transported by universities,while there are problems such as old mode and relative lack of educational resources for professional logistics talents cultivation,lack of characteristics of professional talents cultivation goals and mismatch between cultivation programs and industry development.Therefore,local universities in Jinhua should be committed to cultivating“digital intelligence”logistics talents,speeding up talent gathering and promoting innovation drive,so as to provide talent support for the construction of modern logistics hub.
