数字化技术的发展,打破了时间与空间的局限性,为服务的可贸易提供了很大的空间。在全球价值链中,服务贸易依托数字化技术取得了快速的发展,在价值链中的地位日益提升,特别是如今时代体现得更为明显。数字服务贸易助力对外贸易结构的优化和升级,提升了我国产业在全球价值链中的地位。文章通过梳理数字服务贸易推进贸易高质量转型发展的路径,分析推进过程中遇到的困难,并针对性地提出抢占数字贸易高地、加强基础设施建设和参与制定数字贸易规则等措施,为推进贸易的高质量转型发展提供可借鉴的思路。

The development of digital technology has broken the limitation of time and space,and provided a lot of space for the tradability of services.The position of service trade in the global value chain is becoming more and more prominent.Global trade in services has developed rapidly,especially in today's era,thanks to digital technology.Digital service trade helped to optimize and upgrade China's foreign trade structure and enhanced the position of China's industry in the global value chain.This paper combs the path of digital service trade to promote the high-quality transformation and development of trade,analyzes the difficulties encountered in the process of promotion,and puts forward targeted measures such as seizing the digital trade highland,strengthening infrastructure construction and participating in the formulation of digital trade rules,so as to provide referential ideas for the highquality development of China's trade.
