文章基于4P理论,以W公司供应链管理流程中的关键节点为研究对象开展讨论分析。主要围绕W公司供应链管理现状、W公司供应链管理当前面临的挑战、供应链优化方案及结果、W公司模式成功的原因等方面开展研究。最终汇总分析,总结出了W公司供应链管理方面的经验,并推广到行业内,为仓储式零售业在新零售背景下供应链发展与优化提供理论支持。

Based on 4P theory,this paper studies the key nodes in the supply chain management process of W Company.The research mainly focuses on the current situation of supply chain management,the current challenges of supply chain management,the solutions and results of supply chain optimization,and the reasons for the success of W Company's model.Finally,the paper will summarize and analyze the experience of W Company's supply chain management,and promote it to the industry,providing corresponding inspiration for the development and optimization of the supply chain of the warehousing retail industry in the context of new temporary sales.
