摘要
在帕累托提出的“素质与高度”精英论基础上,结合基于荣誉制度、教学学术、有效教学三方面的考量分别形成身份标识、能力标识、绩效标识,笔者尝试对高职院校教学精英作出界定,并对其生成机制进行分析。从内生机制看,高职院校教学精英的个性品质,特别是有别于常人的精神气质、以教学为乐的心理取向以及以高等职业教育教学为天职的志业导向,构成高职院校教学精英生成过程中的一个关键性内隐变量;而高等职业教育教学领域奖励机制最终的承认是教学精英的重要外生机制,奖励机制中的评选指标体系最终发挥着根本的挑选、承认作用,并且每一次的指标变动都是一次准精英群体的“大换血”。
Based on Vilfredo Pareto's"quality and height"elite theory,this paper tries to define the teaching elite in higher vocational colleges and analyze its generation mechanism by combining the identity,ability and performance marks formed by the consideration of honor system,scholarship of teaching and effective teaching.From the perspective of endogenous mechanism,some personality qualities of teaching elites in higher vocational colleges,especially the spiritual temperament different from ordinary people,the psychological orientation of taking teaching as fun,and the career orientation of"taking higher vocational education as the bounden duty",constitute a key implicit variable in the process of generating teaching elites in higher vocational colleges.The final recognition of the reward mechanism in the teaching field of higher vocational education is an important exogenous mechanism of the teaching elite,and the selection index system in the reward mechanism finally plays a fundamental role of"selection"and"recognition",and every index change is a"big change"of the quasi-elite group.
