欠发达地区乡村旅游开发与乡村振兴耦合发展路径探析——基于湖南省平江县石牛寨景区的调研

An Analysis on the Coupling Development Path of Rural Tourism Development and Rural Revitalization in Underdeveloped Areas--Based on the Investigation of Shiniuzhai Scenic Spot in Pingjiang County of Hunan Province

欠发达地区独具特色的原生态自然资源和人文资源对赋能乡村振兴具有重要价值,发展乡村旅游与乡村振兴战略具有天然的耦合性与衔接性。对湖南省平江县石牛寨景区游客外部调研和村民内部访谈的结果表明,石牛寨景区发展乡村旅游资源条件优越,乡村旅游发展与乡村振兴融合度高、互动性强。通过协调各方利益需求,科学规划景区建设,扩大市场营销渠道,推动产业融合发展,提高员工综合素质,完善景区服务功能与安全保障机制等路径,能更好地协调和促进景区乡村旅游与乡村振兴持续健康发展。

The unique original ecological natural resources and human resources in less developed areas are of great value in enabling rural revitalization.The development of rural tourism and the strategy of rural revitalization have a natural coupling and cohesion.Through the external survey of tourists and internal interviews of villagers in Shiniuzhai Scenic spot,Pingjiang County,Hunan Province,the results show that Shiniuzhai Scenic Area has excellent conditions for developing rural tourism resources with a high degree of integration and strong interaction between rural tourism development and rural revitalization.By coordinating the interests and needs of all parties,scientifically planning the construction of scenic spots,expanding marketing channels,promoting the integrated development of industries,improving the comprehensive quality of employees,and improving the service function and safety guarantee mechanism of scenic spots,we can better coordinate and promote the sustainable and healthy development of rural tourism and rural revitalization in scenic spots.
