摘要
凤鸣消能电站调流消能阀应用在长距离输水隧洞末端,是国内目前直径最大的消能阀,所处工况复杂。本文通过使用ANSYS Fluent CFD软件对调流消能阀在各工况下的流动特性进行数值模拟分析,得到该调流消能阀的流通能力、流阻系数、消能效率以及流态特点等阀门性能参数。以上研究得出的结论可为调流消能阀是否满足凤鸣消能电站阀门性能的要求提供有效论据。
The flow regulation and energy dissipation valve of Fengming Energy Dissipation Power Station is applied at the end of the long-distance water conveyance tunnel and is currently the largest diameter energy dissipation valve in China,operating in complex working conditions.This paper uses ANSYS Fluent CFD software to numerically simulate and analyze the flow characteristics of the flow regulation and energy dissipation valve under various working conditions,obtaining valve performance parameters such as flow capacity,flow resistance coefficient,energy dissipation efficiency,and flow state characteristics.The conclusions drawn from this research can provide effective evidence for whether the flow regulation and energy dissipation valve meets the performance requirements of Fengming Energy Dissipation Power Station.
