摘要
针对传统的重力式入料气力输送系统自动化程度偏低、料仓造价偏高等问题,设计一种基于正负压一体式的粉体仓泵气力输送系统.该系统通过切换气源分配组件,实现物料的负压吸料及正压输送,以减少输送管道堵塞的发生,同时结合传感技术和PLC控制,以及人机交互界面的设计,实现系统的自动控制,从而提升系统输送的效率和精度.
Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation and high cost of the silo in the traditional gravity feeding pneumatic conveying system,this paper proposes and designs a powder silo pump pneumatic conveying system based on the integrated positive and negative pressure.The distribution component realizes the negative pressure suction and positive pressure conveying of materials,and reduces the occurrence of blockage of the conveying pipeline.At the same time,combined with the sensing technology and PLC control,as well as the design of the human-computer interaction interface,the automatic control of the system is realized,and the efficiency and accuracy of the system transmission are improved.
