摘要
从信息透明的概念界定出发,构建B2C电子商务卖方信息透明度评价指标体系.该指标体系以信息透明的宽度、深度和准确度为核心,包括11个基本评价指标.采用层次分析法确定各层次评价因子权重,通过一致性检验确定其合理性,并利用多维状态空间分析法对不同待评主体进行分级评价.该研究可以为评价B2C卖家信息透明战略提供量化依据和基础.
Based on the definition of information transparency,a B2C e-commerce seller information transparency evaluation index system is constructed.The index system is centered on the width,depth,and accuracy of information transparency,including 11 basic evaluation indicators.The weight of evaluation factors at each level is determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process,and its rationality is determined through consistency testing.The research can provide quantitative basis and basis for evaluating B2C sellers’information transparency strategy.
