多元融合教学模式应用效果研究——以“林木遗传学”为例

摘要 线上线下混合式教学模式已成为高校本科教学提质增效的重要途径之一。“林木遗传学”是研究林木遗传变异规律的科学,也是农林院校林学专业一门重要的专业基础课程,为进一步学习林木育种和其他相关课程提供理论基础,进一步提升课程教学质量和教学效果,江西农业大学林木遗传学教学团队,依托网络学习平台,借助优质共享教学资源,将翻转课堂、思维导图、案例分析和小组合作等4种教学方法有机融入线上线下混合式教学模式中,探讨多元化融合式教学模式在课程中的综合应用效果。经过3个学期的教学实践和问卷调查,结果分析表明:多元融合的教学方式,能显著增强学生对混合式教学模式的认同感,激发学生的学习兴趣和课程互动参与度,极大地提升学生自主、合作和探究式学习习惯,取得了良好的教学效果。此外,在教学过程中,团队教师掌握了多样化的在线教学工具,合作调整和优化教学设计,积累了丰富的教学经验,有助于推动混合式教学模式的健康发展和进一步推广应用。 The integration of online and offline teaching mode has emerged as a crucial approach towards enhancing the standard and productivity of undergraduate education in universities.“Forest genetics”is a scientific field that studies the genetic diversity of woody species,which has become an essential foundational course for forestry majors in agricultural and forestry colleges,thus providing a theoretical basis for further studies in forestry breeding and related courses.The teaching team in Jiangxi Agricultural University has integrated four teaching methods,namely flipped classroom,mind mapping,case analysis and group cooperation,through using high-quality shared teaching resources and the online learning platform.The team discuss the comprehensive application effects of the diversified and integrated teaching mode in this course,and in the context of integrating online and offline teaching modes.After conducting a questionnaire survey for three semesters,it was found that the multi-integrated teaching method significantly improved students'sense of identity with blended teaching,stimulated their interest and participation in course interaction,and greatly enhanced their autonomy,cooperation,and inquiry-based learning habits.This method has been proven to be effective in achieving positive teaching outcomes.During the teaching process,the team have gained proficiency in various online teaching tools,collaborated to adjust and optimize the teaching design,and accumulated valuable teaching experience.This experience has been instrumental in promoting the healthy development and further application of the blended teaching model.
