摘要
针对一种7片透镜的640×512中波红外连续变焦光学系统,从光学结构原理分析因光学零件加工误差和伺服调焦机构精度误差及装配引起像面位移和光轴漂移的影响,讨论给出最佳像面位置的调整方法,使系统性能指标满足使用要求。
For a 6 piece of lens of 640×512 MWIR continuous zoom optical system,from the principle of optical structure to analyze for optical processing error and servo focusing accuracy and assembly as the surface displacement and the influence of the optical axis drift,then discuss to give the best image plane position adjustment method,make the optical system performance indicators meet the requirements.
