摘要
为寻求实现矽卡岩型铜尾矿资源回收利用的研究思路,本文以铜陵水木冲尾矿库矽卡岩型铜尾矿为研究对象,采用化学分析、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、矿物学自动分析系统(MLA)等手段进行详细的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:该尾矿中含Cu 0.142%、Ag 0.12×10^(-6)、Ga 16.4×10^(-6),Se 13×10^(-6);主要金属矿物为黄铜矿、黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿,非金属矿物为石榴石、石英、长石、方解石等;黄铜矿解离度约为15%,多与石英、长石和辉石连生,黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿解离度相当,约为50%,两者交生产出,或与辉石、长石、石英和方解石连生,石榴石解离度约为50%,多与辉石、长石、石英和方解石等连生。
In order to find a way of realizing the recovery and utilization of skarn type copper tailings resources,this paper focuses on the skarn type copper tailings of the Shuimuchong tailing reservoir of Tongling to conduct a detailed process mineralogical research by using chemical analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),automatic mineralogical analysis system(MLA)and other means.The results showed that the tailings contained 0.142%Cu,0.12×10-6 Ag,16.4×10-6 Ga and 13×10-6 Se.The main metallic minerals are chalcopyrite,pyrite and pyrrhotite,and non-metallic minerals are garnet,quartz,feldspar,calcite,etc.Chalcopyrite has a degree of dissociation of about 15%,and it is mostly associated with quartz,feldspar and pyroxene;pyrite and pyrrhotite are similar in degree of dissociation of about 50%,and they are intergrown or associated with pyroxene,feldspar,quartz and calcite;garnet has a degree of dissociation of about 50%,and it is mostly associated with pyroxene,feldspar,quartz and calcite.
