基于电气自动化方向PLC控制系统开发探究——以自动小车制动系统为例

Research on PLC Control System Based on Electrical Automation Direction--Take the Automatic Trolley Braking System as an Example

自动小车在养殖、工业生产等领域应用广泛,研究人员以养殖业自动饲喂小车作为研究目标,基于PLC控制系统提高自动小车自动化水平,实现自动化喂料。为了满足自动小车定量、定点等需求,研究人员设计自动小车运行方案以及制动方案,并根据实际使用需求组装电气设备,确定各个零件之间的通信方式,创建自动化PLC控制系统,以期提升自动小车工作效率。

Automatic car is widely used in breeding,industrial production and other fields.The researchers take the automatic feeding car in breeding industry as the research goal,and improve the automatic car based on the PLC control system to improve the automatic automation level and realize the automatic feeding.In order to meet the needs of automatic trolley quantification and fixed point,the researchers designed the automatic trolley operation scheme and braking scheme,assembled the electrical equipment according to the actual use requirements,determined the communication mode between each part,and created an automatic PLC control system,in order to improve the working efficiency of the automatic trolley.
