基于PLC的低压模拟装置的设计

摘要 对于一般的大容量试验而言,因为其大电流、高电压以及破坏性导致试验很难复制,试验预期参数很难验证,专业技术人员也很难培养。本文旨在开发一套电器检测安全实训系统,通过低压模拟大容量试验系统实现开关电器短路试验、接通分断能力试验以及电寿命试验,实现自动控制、电流调节等功能,并通过数据采集卡(示波器)完成试验数据的记录工作。该系统主要由PLC、变压器、电抗器、滑动变阻器、电动调压器、分流器、三相电动机、交流接触器等组成,其可通过采用低电压设备模拟获取高电压试验回路参数的方法快速实现对试验回路预期波形的测取,具有低成本、高效率和良好性价比等优点。 For general large capacity test,it is very difficult to duplicate the test because of its high current,high voltage and destructiveness,so it is very difficult to verify the expected parameters of the test,and it is also very difficult to train the professional technicians.The aim of this paper is to develop a safety training system for electrical apparatus testing,through low-voltage analog large-capacity testing system to achieve short-circuit test,on-off ability test and electrical life test,automatic control,current regulation and other functions,and through the data acquisition card(oscilloscope)to complete the test data recording work.The system is mainly composed of PLC,transformer,reactor,sliding rheostat,electric voltage regulator,shunt,three-phase motor,AC contactor,etc.By using low-voltage equipment to simulate and obtain the parameters of high-voltage test loop,the expected waveform of test loop can be measured quickly,so the system has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and good cost performance.
