基于蜂群算法的数控车削加工工艺参数优化方法

摘要 对工艺参数的优化可以提高数控车削加工的效率,为了提高数控车削加工效率,提出了将蜂群算法在数控车削加工工艺参数优化中的应用。根据车削加工速度、材料进给速度、车削深度等三个要素,建立了工艺参数优化的目标函数,以数控车削加工的总时间最少为目标,构建了参数优化的数学模型。利用蜂群算法的计算原理,求解了参数优化的数学模型,实现了数控车削加工工艺参数优化。实验结果表明,采用文中方法优化数控车削加工工艺参数之后,在不同的车削加工速度、材料进给速度和车削深度下,可以分别将数控车削加工效率提高到95%、90%和95%以上。 Optimizing process parameters can improve the efficiency of CNC turning.In order to improve the efficiency of CNC turning,the application of bee colony algorithm in the optimization of CNC turning process parameters was proposed.Based on the three factors of turning speed,material feed rate,and turning depth,an objective function for optimizing process parameters was established.With the goal of minimizing the total time of CNC turning,a mathematical model for parameter optimization was constructed.By utilizing the computational principle of bee colony algorithm,a mathematical model for parameter optimization was solved,and the optimization of CNC turning process parameters was achieved.The experimental results show that after optimizing the CNC turning process parameters using the method mentioned in the article,the CNC turning efficiency can be improved to over 95%,over 90%,and over 95%at different turning speeds,material feed rates,and turning depths,respectively.
