专业认证背景下物理师范生实践能力提升的研究

摘要 在国家“双一流”建设和师范专业认证背景下,以专业建设为抓手,提出推进物理教育改革的四大举措。首先,以“教中学”为教育理念,建立并实践“一条主线、两轮驱动、三个层次”的教学实践能力培养体系;其次,以“卓越教师”计划为抓手,实施“阶段化、多元化”的教学实践能力的训练模式;再次,以“层次化、螺旋式”的教具开发与应用,提出提升物理实验能力的培养模式;最后,落实“U-G-S”一体化协同培养机制,积极探索实验区反哺师范生培养。实践研究结果可操作性强,对于提升物理专业建设具有一定的借鉴与参考意义。 This paper focuses on professional construction in the background of national“double firstclass”construction and normal professional certification.This paper puts forward four measures to promote the reform of physics education.Firstly,taking“learning by teaching”as the educational concept,establish and practice the teaching practice ability training system of“one main line,two wheel drive and three levels”.Secondly,take the“excellent teacher”plan as the starting point and implement the“phased and diversified”training mode of teaching practice ability.Thirdly,with the development and application of“hierarchical and spiral”teaching aids,this paper puts forward the training mode to improve the physical experiment ability.Finally,implement the“U-G-S”training mechanism and explore the back feeding training of normal students in the experimental area.The research results are operable.It is of great significance to improve the quality of physics specialty construction.
