高校实验室试剂耗材管理工作探索

Exploration on management of laboratory reagent consumables in universities

科研管理对科研活动的水平和效率有着较大影响,其中实验室试剂耗材的管理在科研管理方面也越来越重要。为强化实验室试剂耗材采购、使用、存储、结算等环节管理,预防和控制试剂耗材在管理中出现不规范行为,提高实验室试剂耗材管理的效率,针对国内实验室试剂耗材管理中存在的问题,南方医科大学在实验室试剂耗材管理和应用等方面不断创新,重点在制度建设、管理流程设计、信息系统建设、危化品管理、日常管理等方面进行探索和实践,并提出思考与建议,旨在为其他高校的实验室试剂耗材管理实施提供参考和借鉴。

Scientific research management has a great impact on the level and efficiency of scientific research activities,and the management of the laboratory reagent consumables in the scientific research management is becoming more and more important.In order to strengthen the management of the procurement,use,storage and settlement of laboratory reagent consumables,prevent and control irregularities,improve the efficiency of the management,Southern Medical University keeps innovating,exploring and practicing in the management and application of laboratory reagent consumables,especially in system construction,management process design,information system construction,hazardous chemicals management,daily management,etc.And it also makes thoughts and suggestions.All of the work aims to provide reference and implementation for the management of laboratory reagent consumables in other universities.
