在“双一流”建设背景下,地方高校学科平台建设得到了长足发展。学科平台是加快学科发展、提高科研实力、提升人才培养能力的必要支撑,而学科平台管理人员是影响学科平台支撑能力的关键因素之一。通过对地方高校学科平台的阐述,剖析该类管理人员队伍在学科平台中的作用、现状,以及加强该类管理人员队伍建设的若干思路,探讨研究地方高校学科平台管理人员队伍的创新建设机制,以期为其他地方高校的平台建设提供参考和借鉴。

Under the background of“double first-class”construction,the discipline platform construction of local universities has achieved considerable development.Discipline platform is the necessary support to accelerate the development of the discipline,improve the scientific research strength and enhance the talent cultivation ability,and the discipline platform management personnel is one of the key factors affecting the supporting ability of the discipline platform.Through the elaboration of the discipline platform of local universities,this paper analyzes the role and current situation of this kind of administrative personnel in the discipline platform,as well as some ideas to strengthen the construction of this kind of managers administrative personnel,and discusses and studies the innovative construction mechanism of the discipline platform administrative personnel,in order to provide reference for the platform construction of other local universities.
