摘要 网络短视频为听障大学生心理健康教育带来新机遇和新挑战。网络短视频与心理健康教育的有效融合,不仅使听障大学生的学习过程更自主、更轻松、更开放,也更符合其认知特点和心理特点,能够充分利用视觉优势,有效弥补现行课堂教学方式不足,但同时也面临着“茧房效应”、刷屏上瘾和娱乐至死等困境。要从精选短视频内容、融入课堂教学,创作优质内容、丰富实践教学,打造育人平台、加强教育引导等多方面着手,推进线上线下深度融合,不断提高听障大学生心理健康教育的亲和力、感染力,增强教育的适切性、时代性和和实效性。 Online short videos bring new opportunities and challenges to mental health education for hearing-impaired students.The effective integration of online short video and mental health education makes the learning process of hearing-impaired students more autonomous,relaxed and open,and more in line with their cognitive and psychological characteristics.It can make full use of visual advantages and effectively make up for the deficiencies of current classroom teaching methods;but at the same time,it also faces the dilemma of“cocoon effect”,screen addiction and entertainment to death.It should select short video content and integrate it into classroom teaching;create high-quality content and enrich practical teaching;build a platform for educating people,strengthen education guidance and other aspects,promote in-depth integration online and offline,constantly improve the affinity and appeal of mental health education for hearing-impaired students,and enhance the relevance,timeliness and effectiveness of education.
