中线导管护理质量评价指标体系的构建及信效度检验

Construction of nursing quality evaluation index system for midline catheter and the test of its reliability and validity

目的构建中线导管护理质量评价指标体系并进行信效度检验,为评估中线导管护理服务提供客观的评价标准。方法采用文献分析法,半结构式深入访谈法,结合“结构—过程—结果”三维质量结构模式,初步构建中线导管护理质量评价指标条目池;经过两轮专家函询,层次分析法设置指标权重,项目分析筛选条目,形成初始中线导管护理质量评价指标调查问卷;采用便利抽样法遴选142例置入中线导管的患者进行信效度检验。结果中线导管护理质量评价量表最终形成一级指标3个,二级指标11个,三级指标78个;该量表的Cronbach sα系数为0.995;各维度的Cronbach sα系数介于0.943~0.999之间,折半信度整体系数为0.983;量表的内容效度为0.966,各条目的内容效度在0.83~1.00之间。结论中线导管护理质量评价量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评估中线导管护理质量的有效工具。

Objective To establish an evaluation index system for nursing quality of midline catheter and to provide evaluation standard for nursing service of midline catheter.Methods Based on the literature analysis method,semi-structured in-depth interview method,and the three-dimensional quality structure model of“structure-process-result”,the index pool of nursing quality evaluation of midline catheter was initially established.The initial midline catheter nursing quality evaluation index questionnaire was modified by two rounds of expert letter consultation using Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and items analyzs method.A total of 142 patients with midline catheters were selected by convenience sampling for reliability and validity test.Results The nursing quality evaluation index system of midline catheter included three first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes and 78 third-level indexes.The Cronbach sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.995.The Cronbach sαcoefficient of each dimension was between 0.943 and 0.999,and the half-half reliability of the scale was 0.983.The validity of the scale was 0.966,and the validity of each item was between 0.83 and 1.00.Conclusions The midline catheter nursing quality evaluation scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the nursing quality of midline catheter.
