新中国成立后中医神经眼科学的发展历程

The development of neuro-ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine after the founding of the People's Republic of China

中医学对目系疾病诊治历史悠久,最早可见于《黄帝内经》,历代医家又在其基础上进行了进一步阐释,其归属于现代医学神经眼科范畴。新中国成立以后,伴随西医神经眼科的快速发展,中医学在神经眼科疾病的发病机制、诊断治疗等方面也取得了巨大飞跃。本文总结归纳新中国成立后中医神经眼科学的历史源流、发展和成就,旨在让更多中、西医眼科同行了解中医神经眼科学的发展。

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has a long history of diagnosis and treatment of Mu Xi(eye connector)disease,which can be first seen in Huangdi Neijing and been further interpreted by many doctors.Nowadays this kind of disease belongs to the category of neuro-ophthalmology of modern medicine.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,TCM has made a great leap in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of neuro-ophthalmology along with the rapid development of Western Medicine(WM)in the same field.This paper summarizes the historical origins,development and achievements of neuro-ophthalmology of TCM,in order to make more ophthalmology colleagues of TCM and WM get acquainted with the development of neuro-ophthalmology of TCM.
