清代朝鲜漂流民与琉球知识情报的收集——以朝鲜漂流民的琉球之旅与相关见闻记录为中心

Joseon Castaways and Joseon's Information Collection on the Ryukyu Kingdom during the Qing Dynasty:Based on Travel Records of Joseon Castaways

清代,漂流是维系朝鲜和琉球交往的主要通道,漂流民的琉球见闻成了朝鲜获取琉球情报的主要来源。由漂流民带回朝鲜的琉球资讯,是基于漂流民在琉球较长时间的体验和观察,其准确度较高,具有研究的价值。通过对8种18—19世纪朝鲜学者撰写的漂流民琉球见闻记录进行分析后,可以得知朝鲜社会获取的琉球资讯大致可分为三类:一是关于琉球风俗和社会体制的资讯;二是琉球和周边国家关系的资讯;三是关于琉球地理的资讯。这些琉球资讯在增加朝鲜的海外知识的同时,为朝鲜客观准确的认识东亚世界做出了贡献。

Castaways formed a major avenue through which Joseon had contact with Ryukyu Kingdom,and their knowledge about Ryukyu became a main source of information for Joseon during the Qing Dynasty.The information on Ryukyu from these castaways was highly valued for their accuracy as they spent relatively long periods of time in the country.This study examines eight travel records written by Joseon scholars based on firsthand accounts of castaways from the 18th to 19th centuries.The information on Ryukyu acquired by Joseon can be broadly categorized as follows:1.Ryukyu customs and social systems,2.Ryukyu's relations with neighboring countries,and 3.Ryukyu geography.The information helped to increase Joseon's knowledge about foreign countries,which contributed to a more objective and accurate understanding of East Asia.
